English: Tearpalm is a sonic cocoon knit to fit the needs of mr M. D.- a writer, art historian, and guitarslinger/founder member of short-lived Serbian alternative bands Future Zen Terror and Paganska ljubav. The idea behind Tearpalm was to go beyond discursive limitations of routine pop treatment of musicmaking, by employing exploration of psychedelic potentials of frequency tweaking, software based simulations of tape loop/sound collage techniques and manipulating of previously recorded tracks much rather than playing live instruments. The results can be heard on debut album "Prijatelj sa Duhovima Mesta", released in September of 2008. for pioneer ex-Yugoslavian indie label Listen Loudest, from Zagreb, Croatia. It's a double CD release, first disc containing Tearpalm originals, while second is made of remixes done by fellow artists such as Figurative Theatre, Lezet, Third I, Margita je mrtva and DeepArtMent. During March of 2008, Tearpalm joins two other Serbian industrial/noise acts, Figurative Theatre and Third I for a series of live shows, played under the slogan "All in One Theatre". Tearpalm is currently working on stage strategies for forthcoming shows. ---

Srpski: Tearpalm (eng.- tear = suza, to tear = pokidati, rascepiti i palm = dlan) je sonična čaura skrojena po meri M. D.- pisca, istoričara umetnosti i gitariste kratkovečnih bendova Future Zen Terror i Paganska ljubav. Ideja je bila da se istrazivanjem psihodeličnih efekata igre frekvencijama, kao i softverskim simulacijama tape loop/sound collage tehnika i manipilacijama prethodno odsviranim materijalom radije no "živom" svirkom zađe iza diskurzivnih ograničenja rutinskog pristupa popularnoj muzici. Rezultati su zabeleženi na albumu "Prijatelj sa Duhovima Mesta", za sada jedinom, objavljenom septembra 2008. za hrvatsku kuću Slušaj najglasnije. Album se sastoji od dva diska, prvog sa Tearpalm originalima i drugog koji sadrži remikse koje su radili Figurative Theatre, Lezet, Third I, Margita je Mrtva i DeepArtMent. Od marta 2008. Tearpalm se pridružuje industrial aktovima Figurative Theatre i Third I, i zajedno sviraju nekoliko koncerata pod geslom "all in one Theatre!"; Tearpalm je trenutno u fazi osmišljavanja samostalnih nastupa.
