Every kid on speed is one of the monikers under which antonio dimitrov appears - sound artist, street artist, dj, designer… born in skopje, macedonia, march 1980. at the moment officially studying philosophy but more occupied with traveling, presenting his works and sound as dj and through live acts; organizing various dj and live events, organizing exhibitions and setting up his own installations and presenting design works... he also hosts programs dedicated to new music on music radio kanal 103 and participating in its editorship. ‘post global’ [conceptual program for new music], program dedicated to all musical styles that can fit into term 'post global music', neologism made for explaining styles ranging from noise, glitch, microsound, post-rock, to clicks and cuts, glitch house, microhouse, clickhouse... other program, 'post global soundscape' [conceptual program for new dance music], is program which mixes new dance music (clickhouse, dubhouse, minimal techno), that he also plays in clubs presenting his dj perspective. antonio also works on his labels acid fake recordings, its sublabel discofake and editing the label's webzine, fakezine [a zine about contemporary experimental music and [sub]culture]. he also writes in several other printed magazines related to culture, music and art, writing from his early student days about his basic orientation – music, as well as border art and various contemporary approaches to art including net art/digital art/computer art/design... acid fake recordings has design division 'acid fake design', section for visual works that made covers for acid fake and other various labels…
he works on sound design under various monikers from which at the moment two are active. every kid on speed moniker under which produces glitch and cut up electronics and sound_00 (power electronic, harsh noise, static noise, to ambiental soundscapes). under these names he has released many full lengths, eps and has countless compilation and remix appearances on various labels around the world. he has shared the stage with names like pita, andrey kiritchenko, octex, zvuk broda, random logic, belgrade yard sound system, massaccesi, urkuma, paul devens, ran slavin, solar x, t.rumschmiere, jason forest, the bug, phon.o, modelesector, miss kittin, ellen allien… on festivals and events like club club transmediale festival – germany, progress festival – slovenia, net user conference – bulgaria, absurd festival - macedonia, ctrl_alt_del sound-art festival – turkey, cultural offensive – macedonia, interpretation festival – austria, pmg secret live show – macedonia, tiny noise festival – bulgaria, tiny noise festival – macedonia, radia lx 2006 – portugal…
