This is the first soundtrack release for Dark:Scene records. Movie "Araneum" is a post-apocalyptic drama which takes place in a rusty old dark building. Few of the survivors (of some terrible things "outside") are still living in the building. Following the young man Adam's story, we'll soon find out that this building has horrible secrets. This soundtrack is very ambient and industrial driven.

Dark Tribute to Lepa Brena

DARK TRIBUTE TO LEPA BRENA

This is long awaited net release of the compilation dedicated to trash folk Ex Yugoslavian icon Lepa Brena. 20 different bands decided to cover Lepa Brena in their own style. This net experiment was started in the 2008. and it went down pretty slow because the artists needed time to record the cover songs. Some of the announced artists never mailed us their covers so we might do a vol.2 of this compilation in the future, who knows. This is totally non-profit edition! Here is Lepa Brena as you never heard her before. Enjoy!

"We are moving to the realm of dark ambient which belongs to the lady named Somnifera Profunda. The music and atmosphere gets ... darker here.... She uses more gothic atmosphere in her songs, and they do sound scary. Dark ambient melodies made from sinister sounds and tunes of harpsichord and other archaic instruments combined with haunting and ghostly chants will really make your skin crawl. These songs are aural materializations of their artist’s dementia, for no sane musician would be able to create something as disturbing as this infernal peace of art. And if you are not careful, she will be delighted to pull you into dementia as well. It really makes me, as the fan of dark side of music, happy to know that we have such artists around to make our grimmest nightmares come true. So I call upon all the fans of dark musical artists like Atrium Carceri, or other similar projects to give as much support as possible to this Serbian project for the person behind it deserves it."

Somnifera Profunda je moj solo muzicki projekat, koji je zapoceo sa kreativnim radom sredinom 2004. godine i tokom celog svog postojanja mogao se okarakterisati kao dark atmospheric / gothic ambient stafelaj gde ispoljavam svoje impresije, traume i licnosti kroz misticnu i ponekad bizarnu paletu tonova..
Nisam sigurna koliko objektivno mogu sama definisati Somniferinu muziku, te je mozda bolje da vise informacija potrazite na mom myspace profilu, www.myspace.com/somniferaprofunda ,gde mozete i cuti tri njene numere, izmedju ostalog...

Sto se diskografije tice, tu su:

i novi full-length album koji trenutno ceka izdavaca
