Hooch: The Spate of Love and Trust (1997)

HOOCH: The Spate of Love and Trust (1997)

Hooch was an alternative rock / coldwave band from Novi Sad, Serbia. It started in the Spring of 1997 in Novi Sad, Serbia and Montenegro. The band was named after the Melvins'song Hooch from the "Houdini" album. Hooch played only two concerts, started to form a fan base but have suddenly split in 1998 with two new songs ready for "the next album". "The Spate of Love and Trust" was never officially released but it sold in over 200 copies (cassettes) in Novi Sad through their own "distribution network" - which were CD shops where Marko offered the tapes.
The songs for "S.O.L.A.T." were recorded at "CHAMELEON" STUDIO in Novi Sad in December 1997. (it was actually finished on 31.12.1997 on the New Year's Eve). Engineered and recorded by Bozidar Nikolic. Mix was done by Hooch and Bozidar. It took them 14 days to record and mix the stuff. Unfortunately, we got this recording without song names, so, if anyone of you has the knowledge please leave it in comment area. Enjoy.
